A Request to Parent / Guardians 

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We kindly request your cooperation in maintaining a positive and disciplined environment at our school. Observing the following rules will help support our mutual goal of creating a safe and conducive learning atmosphere for all students.

Punctuality: Please ensure your child arrives at school on time. Late arrivals can disrupt the routine not only for your child but also for their classmates.

Homework and Assignments: Encourage your child to complete their homework and assignment on time. Guidance from Parents is crucial in instilling a habit of responsibility and dedication to studies.

School Uniform and Dress Code: Ensure your child adheres to the school's dress code policy daily. Wearing the uniform properly reflects respect for the school community.

Attendance: Notify the school in advance of any absences where possible, and provide a valid reason for your child's absence.

Communication: Regularly check the school's communication channels such as emails, newsletters, messages on schools whatsapp group and Parent Portals for updates and important information.

Parent-Teacher Meetings: Attend schedule meetings to discuss your child's progress and address any concern. Collaboration between teachers and parents is vital for the educational development of children.

Behavioral Expectations: Discuss the school's behavioral expectations with your child. Understanding and adhering to these rules promotes a respectful and orderly school environment.

Support School Policies: Support school policies and administrative rules.

Discipline: Following school rules and regulations at all times. 

Respect Others: Showing respect for school property and the environment, Treat classmates, teachers and staff with kindness and consideration.

Cell phones: Restrictions on the use of mobile phones during class hours.

Academic honesty: Avoiding plagiarism and cheating.

Follow Safety Protocol: Following safety protocols and guidelines on campus and obey safety rules to present accidents and Injuries.

Follow instruction: Listen to teachers and follow classroom guidelines.

Attend classes regularly: Regular attendance is crucial for learning and success. Students must attend classes regularly and punctually.

No bullying or harassment: Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.

No cheating or plagiarism: Uphold academic honesty and integrity.

Dress code: Adhere to the school's dress guidelines.

Use technology responsibly: Follow rules regarding device use and internet safety.

No Vandalism or theft: Respect school property and others belongings.
